Lifetime support refer to period of studentship of participants. Any educational course normally spans 4 years. So we will consider you a student for 4 years. Thus, lifetime support means a maximum of 4 years support to answer your queries. Though actual time span of support depends on type of modules/sessions you opted and your affiliation.
The attendance is optional and you can attend lectures of your choice. But the payable fee depends on the course which you have opted.
