General Ledger

A general ledger is the foundation of a system used by accountants to store and organize financial data used to create the firm’s financial statements.

Guide to create General Ledger:

  1. Type General Ledger in the searchbox.
  2. Fill the mandatory fields like
    • Company name
    • Start date
    • End date

and other optional fields if you want to search precisely.

  1. Click on Menu, then
    • if you want to export the General Ledger as pdf or excel or csv file, click on appropriate option.
    • if you want remove or add specific column in the General ledger, then Click on Add Column ,and then tick or untick the options according to your need.
    • if you want to save the General ledger, Click on Save.
